Here you can withdraw online from a sales contract concluded in our webshop. The rules of the right of withdrawal – the deadline, the exceptions and the return of the goods – are set out in section 8 (“Right of withdrawal”) of the Terms and Conditions.
Enter your name, the order number and the e-mail address to which the acknowledgement should be sent, then click the “Elállás megerősítése / Confirm withdrawal” button. We will acknowledge receipt of your statement – with its content, date and time – by e-mail without delay and also show it on the screen.
You can also send your statement by e-mail (info@acspince.hu) or by post (Ács Pincészet, 9081 Győrújbarát, Erzsébet u. 22.); you may use the model withdrawal form in section 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
