Description
Made with reductive technology, this is a fresh, fruity yet full-bodied and characterful wine with a harmonious acid structure that perfectly carries the character of the variety. Its gently floral nose is followed by flavours of white-fleshed fruit – above all green apple and pear – with the bitter-almond aftertaste typical of the variety. It reflects the character of the Pannonhalma wine region superbly.
Food pairing: more richly spiced fish, roast poultry, mushroom dishes
