Description

PH-Érték is the community wine brand of the Pannonhalma wine region: made by 7 wineries, it faithfully reflects the character of the region. A lively, fresh, light, fruity wine with vibrant acidity that shows the traits of its main component, Riesling – nicely shaded and rounded off by the other varieties in the blend. Every year the wineries make their own blend from their own wines according to fixed rules; after a strict joint tasting, the wines are bottled at the same time. While preserving each winery’s individuality, the aim is a shared wine style – the true value of Pannonhalma (in Hungarian: PannonHalmi Érték).

Our ’25 PH-Érték is a truly excellent lot: 50% Riesling, 30% Welschriesling, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Chardonnay.

Food pairing: sea fish, fresh salads, poultry dishes, grilled dishes

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C
